We use '00' flour, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil. Our dough is carefully fermented for optimal flavor and digestibility, then baked in our wood-fired oven at over 900 degrees for that perfectly charred crust and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Amazing. Staff was super friendly. Especially our waitress( from Cincy). Food was authentic Italian and decent size servings. Wood brick ovens. Highly recommend.

Been wanting to try this place, so brought my girls here after my youngest daughter’s softball game and I gotta say, I’m impressed. I had their Hawaiian pizza. My older daughter (17) had a margherita pizza, and my younger daughter (14) had their oriecchetti pasta. We also got an order of their cheesy bread as an appetizer. The pizza crust was thinner, but still chewy with a light crust. I was a little disappointed because I thought the Hawaiian pizza would come with the red sauce, but I think they just made it with olive oil and garlic. It was still pretty good, and came with ham, candied pineapple, bacon bits, and mozzarella. The cheesy bread was the same crust as the pizza, with the same olive oil and garlic and a thick layer of mozzarella. The place had great ambiance, the service was quick and the young lady waiting on us was very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend this place, and look forward to coming back and trying the pasta.

Highly recommended! Pizza was Napolitana style and cooked well, could have been a bit more well done to be a little more crispy, but overall very good. Cheese was fresh, sauce tasted good not sweet not bitter. Beer recommendation was great that server Julius made. Great service fast food prep, had my pizza in less than 5 minutes from when I ordered it. Had my drink in less time than that.

If you love fresh and true Italian dining, why are you not here already!!! I would say the customer service, but it’s more like the Family service!! This place is a must!!
