If I could give this place six stars, I would. The food was absolutely incredible. We got the farm burger, short rib, and shishito peppers. Each were so well thought out, with deliberate flavors and textures that played well off each other. The tallow fries with the burger were without doubt the best French fries I’ve ever had. While the food is pricey, it is worth it knowing the restaurant is farm to table, the meat is raised humanely, everything is cooked in healthy oils. They also have a significant wine, beer, and spirits menu, but it was my chili pepper sour mocktail that surprised me. It was delicious and clear that genuine thought went into creating the unique drink. This was my first time coming here, and 4 hours post meal I’ve already made my second reservation to come back.

Food and drinks were great! I got the half chicken which came with some delicious chickpeas and dips. We had about 3 servers over the course of the night which was a little odd, but the atmosphere was really nice and it was a great Sunday night dinner with family!

Amazing experience here! The staff took my coat the moment we walked in and offered a drink menu while we wait. Everything is organic, grass-fed. And even the fries are amazing (tallow only). Highly recommend

The burger was really good! Juicy and flavorful. The bun it came on was super unique, definitely not your average roll. We also tried the fish dish, which was delicious, and the bread they served was baked to absolute perfection.
