(second fav dessert they’ve created) #3 BLT melt and strawberry shortcake pancakes

We had the opportunity to try WongWayVeg at Broken Shovels Farm Sanctuary for their Thanksliving event. We had their tofu turkey sandwich and apple pie. Wow oh wow. The sandwich was so so good and would be something we have regularly if it was available. The marbled rye was delicious and the ingredients hit all the traditional thanksgiving flavors. And the apple pie, we practically wrestled over the last bites! Cannot wait to check out their other menu offerings!

delicious, creative and healthy vegan food! Their special holiday meals are extraordinary--and so abundant they are always good for at least two meals. Lisa and Natalie are friendly and customer-centered. We'll travel across the city to wherever the van is parked! In the farmer's market season, we go every Saturday to have breakfast with them! The best vegan food in Denver!!!!

Love this food truck! Everything is plant-based and they have SO many gluten free options. Everything I have tried has been really tasty. I especially enjoyed their nachos and the special lunar new year menu (the taro cake and almond cookies were the best!).

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having WongWayVeg cater our April 2025 all Vegan wedding. We have been vegan for almost ten years and knew we needed to show our family and friends just how amazing vegan food is. So we went with the best food truck around! (We always get some of their delicious eats whenever we go to the City Park Farmers market too!) We opted for a buffet style dinner and had a bunch of options so that way ever guest would be satisfied. Our appetizers were mini quinoa burgers and three different types of fried wontons (all so so yummy!). For dinner we decided on a taco buffet with marinated taco soy curls and a walnut cauliflower taco "meat" along with all the fixings and even added in mac and cheese and fries so the kiddos would eat well too (all around home run!). We also went with a mix and match dessert table instead of having a big cake since my now husband isn't a cake fan (though I did make a tiny one for us to cut) and we thought it would be so cool to have 6-7 different options to choose from (heart tarts, mini key lime pies, chocolate cake pops, coffee chocolate donuts, lemon pound cakes, and black and white cookies). All of our guests RAVED about the food!! And mind you, besides myself, my husband, and my SIL, no one else was vegan. Even my own Dad, who always has to make a comment and is skeptical to even try my vegan creations, was telling all our guests how good the food was once he tried it for himself and making sure they tried everything. Now I didn't even get to see the buffet myself since our plates were brought to us filled with everything for us to try (which was incredibly delicious), but I do have a video from our coordinator for the dessert table. WongWayVeg brought their own serving platters with flowers to make the dessert table pop! Once I get my photos back from the photographer I'll be sure to add more photos!! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and recommend WongWayVeg to everyone we know! It was such and pleasure and honor to work with WongWayVeg.
