Got a gluten free burger and it was pretty good! The bun was not my favorite, as it was a little doughy, but still tasted great! The fries were sooooo good!! I love how health-conscious they are and I felt great after eating! 10/10 would recommend for my gluten free people, and gluten eating people, my boyfriend got a regular burger and loved it!

This place is burger heaven! The beef tallow fries? Absolute perfection—crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The onion haystack? A crunchy, salty dream. You can tell they know their way around a fryer. My only gripe? The milkshake—monk fruit sweetener just isn’t my thing (honey, where you at?). But honestly, I'd overlook that if they’d just open a location in Illinois. Until then, I guess I’ll just have to keep finding excuses to visit Denver!

I actually loved the concept they have going on. They have some of the best burgers I have had at a fast casual restaurant. The fries are made with thallow and burger patties are really good. They use monkfruit instead of sugar so that is very unique

The food overall was quite good, however, I wasn’t expecting it to be so greasy which was a little disappointing. The end of my burger was a little soggy. I had hoped otherwise but their selection of options to customize the burger made it fun and they had great sauces! I’d stop by again as a quick alternative to some other fast food chain.
