Specialties: White Tree specializes in sushi and Korean food. The owner drives down to Denver to pick out the fresh fish himself, and our Korean food is a great way to introduce Fort Collins to a variety of popular dishes popular in Korea. Established in 2016. A husband and wife team, we want to share our food and culture here in Fort Collins. Jae is an accomplished sushi chef (seven years of experience between Texas and Colorado), and Anna brings her lifelong experience with Korean food. Our menu is a mix of Korean and Japanese dishes, all served fresh and lovingly prepared.

This beautifully decorated restaurant serves a delightful fusion of Japanese and Korean dishes. I took a good friend here who has historically been Asian averse, and she became a convert. We had perfect bulgogi bibimbap, a succulent smoked eel roll, and a super yummy katsu fried pork steak. The meal was followed up with a complimentary portion of delicately flavored Japanese mochi ice cream. The only problem with the meal was that there was no kimchi available. Our kind and attentive waiter explained that some of their customers feel that it has too strong of an odor. Such a shame! There are a few foods more healthful on Earth than kimchi. 🫤

Husband made reservations for our valentine's celebration and it was lovely. Cozy atmosphere, fast service, and amazing food. We got two appetizers (dumplings and takoyaki), a roll (baked salmon), and an entree (gyudon) to split and we were full and satisfied by the end. Came to a little over $50, an insanely good price! I highly recomend for a romantic evening 💙 They even gave us a rose afterwards.

This place is phenomenal; some of the best tasting/ freshest sushi I’ve had in Fort Collins. On top of the beautiful ambiance my night was made by my incredible sever Ainsley! She was super sweet, attentive, gave great suggestions and seemed to love her job! If I I’m ever craving sushi this is my new go to!

My go-to sushi restaurant in Foco! Seriously the best and always very fresh. They even have a lil robot deliver your food. We had the Rock N Roll, Ocean Roll, Volcano Roll, and California!

The food was very yummy. This place is a hidden gem in the shopping plaza. Lots of students would come for meals.
