Enjoyed a delicious lunch on Sunday as tourists in the city, and ESPECIALLY enjoyed and appreciated the TRUE HOSPITALITY given to us by our server, Elyse. She was the most beautiful ambassador of Denver we experienced all weekend, displaying genuine care and kindness that made the entire weekend more memorable. When we were struggling to know which local beer to enjoy, she brought over a "mini flight"'of her favorite local beers so that we could choose our preference. THIS spontaneous beer tasting was ONE OF THE MOST FUN MOMENTS we experienced on our trip! Genuine hospitality is something that I so greatly appreciate, and Elyse helped us create such a fun memory here. The food was great too! Elyse was also a great tour guide of the menu. The fish & chops were perfect (how is that gluten free???), and my breakfast burger with apricot preserves was top notch. Thanks for Elyse for such a great experience at West! ❤️

Great place for any occasion! Cool enough to feel casual and nice enough to go formal. Food and drinks were delicious (and strong 🥂)! The artwork and general vibe are very well curated, and most impressive of all was the service. Our server David was kind and patient, making us feel welcome from the start and even when I accidentally spilled an entire glass of water. 🫣 Another very pleasant surprise is their manager Bill, who can be found roaming the restaurant to charismatically check in with guests and assure the quality of their experience. 10/10!

5 Stars – Outstanding Service and Food! I had an amazing experience at West Saloon and Kitchen! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. What really made the visit special was our waiter, ERIC. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made multiple recommendations from the menu, in which they ended up being the best we’ve ever had! The wings were perfection, and the fried green beans were out of this world!! ERIC went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and truly made our time there enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I visit Denver– highly recommend!

Ambiance: Has  rustic, sports bar feel. It's very clean and open with some views but the views will be limited on the 1st floor. Service: There no wait for lunch, its a fairly sized venue. Cameron was our waiter. He was professional, friendly, attentive and welcoming. Food: Lamb sliders had NO flavor so skip them. The Campfire wings and chili with green chili fries were delicious. If I could give West Saloon & Kitchen more than five stars, I absolutely would. This place is everything you could hope for in a Colorado dining experience – warm, welcoming, flavorful, and downright memorable. From the food to the atmosphere to the absolutely stellar service, every aspect was beyond expectation. Let me start with the food – because wow. The Mac & Cheese was hands-down some of the best I’ve had in any city. Perfectly creamy, rich, and comforting, with a depth of flavor that told me it was made with care, not from a box. It wasn’t just a side dish – it was an experience in itself. The pulled pork was next-level tender and juicy, with just the right amount of smoky flavor and a tangy finish that made every bite crave-worthy. It practically melted in my mouth. Then there was the corn on the cob – sweet, perfectly roasted, and seasoned to perfection. It had that fresh, off-the-grill flavor that made it feel like summer in every bite. But the real showstopper for me was the Colorado chili. Rich, hearty, and spiced just right – this was a bowl of bold, local flavor that stuck with me long after the meal was over. You could tell it was made with authentic ingredients and lots of love. I would come back for the chili alone. Now let’s talk about the ambiance – rustic but polished, cozy but with an energy that makes you feel alive. West Saloon captures the spirit of Colorado in all the best ways. It’s the kind of place you could bring out-of-town guests to show them what Denver is really about – or just treat yourself to a quality night out. Warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a vibe that feels like both a saloon and a modern dining hotspot. And now, the real reason I’ll be coming back again (and again): Eric. If you’re lucky enough to be served by him, prepare yourself for world-class service. Eric wasn’t just attentive – he was engaged. Genuinely friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and passionate about making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. His recommendations were spot-on (seriously, thank you for guiding us to the chili and Mac & cheese), and he made us feel like VIPs the entire time. His energy, professionalism, and personal touch elevated our entire evening. Honestly, Eric went above and beyond in every possible way. I would return to West Saloon & Kitchen just to be seated in his section again. He is the kind of employee that makes a place unforgettable. TL;DR: Amazing food, chill yet vibrant atmosphere, and truly exceptional service. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation. And when you go, ask for Eric – you’ll thank me later. We’ll be back – no question about it!
