I grew up in the North side of Denver and live in Wheat Ridge. I have passed by this place many times and am sad I waited so long to dine here. This will definitely be a local go-to spot for us. My boyfriend and I dined in for his birthday on February 28th. We enjoyed every bit of our experience! To start we shared the truffle ravioli and calamari. The calamari was spicy which we were not expecting but we love spicy food so we were fine with it. The truffle ravioli took me back to our trip to Paris. For the main he ordered the salmon and I the pork chop. The pork chop was so tender and delicious. The sauce, potatoes and veggies that went along with it were all delicious as well. We shared the creme brûlée for dessert. Cocktails and breadsticks were great as well while we waited for our appetizers. Enjoyed the cozy, rustic vibe. We sat one table away from the fireplace. I don’t remember our server’s name unfortunately, he was a slender guy with glasses. He was great! Prompt, attentive and helpful. He even mentioned that they get the meat from the butcher across the street. Highly recommend West 29th, whether you are celebrating a special occasion or just want a little girls night out. This place is awesome. Can’t wait to come check out the patio when the weather allows so. Also we made a reservation, it was not that busy due to it being a Wednesday night but I would highly recommend since it is a smaller restaurant.

The staff is great and greeted us right away. They checked up on us and ensured we had a good evening. The calamari was a great appetizer. Beer selection was decent. I had the pork chop and it was good as always. But I’ve had other things on my previous visits and have not been disappointed.

Probably the most delicious meal we’ve had in a while. Great service, too. Already can’t wait to bring our friends here when they visit us next week. Love the calming and warm ambiance here. Try the salmon and the homemade pasta. Yum!

This is the place I bring out of towners for a consistently great time. The best local restaurant someone could ask for! The service is consistently great. The food is awesome and my husband and I love half bottle Wednesday. We go all the time and sit at the bar, have Italian sodas and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and kind people. 1000% recommend.

Fantastic experience. Had the mussels appetizer and pork chop entree. Portions are generous and flavors incredible. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. Reminds me of the best parts of an English country pub.
