One of our favorite restaurants in the Denver area! Every menu item we've tried has been absolutely delicious (and this is coming from a non-vegan picky eater), but one of the best dishes we've tried so far has been the buffalo cauliflower wings. I have no idea how they manage to get them so crispy - these were easily some of the best, crispiest buffalo wings I've ever had. The breakfast sandwich is a classic choice and the breakfast potatoes are some of the best I've had (again, so so crispy). The service is always great, too. HIGHLY recommend Watercourse!

What a magical surprise! This restaurant is in its own lane! I’ve never had such amazing vegan food before! The flavors and textures were unmatched! Please give it a try if you are in the Denver area! It’s truly a treat! Please try the wings!

Today my daughters and I enjoyed great food and service here. We were apprehensive upon entering because there were no other black people in the entire restaurant and when we encounter that kind of environment, we get poor service or attitudes. We were pleasantly surprised by the smiles when we entered and the nice greetings. Once seated our server Heather was pleasant, willing to answer questions and checked on us frequently. We ordered the Denver omelette, French toast, cauliflower wings, and the Philly cheesesteak. The food was delicious and you would never think it was all plant based. All that to say, if you’re looking for flavorful plant based dishes and a welcoming atmosphere, come here and experience Watercourse Foods!

Came here from the Springs with two friends from out of state. Was so good that we had to come back up here another time before the week trip ended! The staff are incredibly nice and the food is outstanding. The seitan wings and street corn risotto are a must try. Seating options for outside when the weather is beautiful and cooperative. Dog friendly as well!

Absolutely the best vegan restaurant! The cuban sandwich was scrumptious! The buffalo seitan wings were unbelievably delicious! And, the risotto was just absolutely amazing! My compliments to the chef! Beautiful atmosphere, and sincerely, friendly staff. What a delight!
