First off, the service was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything on the menu and was willing to answer all sorts of questions about drinks and dishes. They explained the distribution of their seafood as well. The Awakening drink was really good. Unique and balanced drink. We started with the Wild Large Florida Stone Crab Claws - they were so tender and flavorful. Definitely recommend We got the Spicy Lobster Roll - a great roll, and the lobster eel sauce on the side of the plate is amazing The Chilean Sea Bass with gnocchi was the best. The Chilean sea bass was so fresh tasting, so flavorful, so tender and flaky and melt in your mouth feeling. I would get this over and over again. The gnocchi was also a 10/10

You don't go to a restaurant for the bathroom, but you might not return to one for the bathroom. No worries here the bathroom is spectacular and the food and service better! All the dishes were timely and really could tell made with fresh ingredients. Only downside for me..the cioppino was a bit too forward spicy hot. Lips and tongue burned particularly with wine. Bread pudding is a will-return-for dish. Portions are generous without being too much. There are private rooms for 10 to 40 people. Bottom line if downtown in Denver near Coors field yearning for seafood this is the place!

We love Water Grill! The service has always been amazing and the food is delicious. Getting a slice of cheesecake and French press coffee at the end of a super fresh, delicious seafood meal is awesome to have in the heart of Denver. Definitely recommend going here!

Lovely place for a seafood meal, including a good selection of oysters and other raw dishes. Halibut cheeks were unique and went well with their charred onion. Lobster roll is a classic that was executed well. Found their bread rolls to be under-baked but otherwise everything else was great.
