Specialties: We are an authentic Australian bakery and café specializing in handcrafted meat and vegetable pies, savory rolls, quiches, delicious side dishes and desserts. We make everything from scratch using artisan baking techniques. We also serve custom roasted Australian style espresso coffee and craft beer. Established in 2016. We are passionate about handcrafting and serving Australia's most iconic dish, the meat pie. In our bakery on Australia's New South Wales Central Coast, we created and perfected dozens of varieties of gourmet pies over the years; meat pies, vegetable pies and dessert pies. While our business thrived, we still dreamt of coming to America to handcraft our pies and to share the goodness of Australian artisan baking. Our dream came true and, after months of searching from coast to coast, and north to south, we're here. We first visited Fort Collins on a cold and rainy Monday, and in spite of the weather, we knew we'd found our new home. We invite you to share the passion for our food!

Quaint "meat pie" restaurant, definitely one of a kind!! Every bite is so delish you can't wait for more! We tried the Shepard's pie, chicken pot pie, and lamb and rosemary meat pie. The mashes potatoes are the best I've ever had, so fluffy and buttery!!! Definitely need to stop in, but can also take home and bake.

Do not take these words lightly when I say that this is one of the best food shops you'll ever go to. The pies, the pastries, the sausage rolls... everything is gourmet level texture and flavor- and the best part is that their prices are SUPER affordable too. $6 for a giant sausage roll is awesome. HIGHLY recommend. Absolutely incredible artistry going on over there.

What an amazing lunch! First time visiting. We had the chicken pot pie, Guinness beef, lamb rosemary and a sausage roll. Oh my goodness, that lamb rosemary! Cannot wait to go again...and again. We also tried two desserts, the profiteroles and the apple turnover. The profiterole was good, but that turnover was delicious! Parking can be tricky. We got lucky and a spot opened up as we pulled in, otherwise packed. Enjoy and follow me!

When we walked into the shop, you instantly smelled an enticing aroma of freshly baked pies. The pies here are a so delicious! The crust is wonderfully flaky and buttery, providing the perfect balance to the rich and savory fillings. Each bite is packed with tender, flavorful meat that melts in your mouth. It's evident that only the finest ingredients are used, and the love and care put into crafting each pie. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Best meat pie I've had outside of Australia, sausage rolls are spot on, and the profiteroles are awesome too!
