Excellent location, lot of parking. The food, delicious. The spring rolls recommended. 3 rolls for $13 it’s a bargain and perfect in presentation and flavor plus a salad with ginger ❤️. Good quality. Nice service also. I’ll be back.

This is our go-to place for Sushi, Tempura, and other Japanese entrees. It was the first place we ate at after moving from NY to Jacksonville in October 2021. My wife and I are ABCs (American Born Chinese) growing up in NYC so we know great Asian food. We have been regularly going to Volcano since moving to Jax. Their sushi is always fresh and delicious. Their entrees are also excellent and very reasonably priced! Service is excellent - Mindy is terrific. Their decor was updated and looks even more classy. Don't miss this place. You'll certainly become a regular like us.

We had a really good experience dining here. We loved the quick service and the quality of food. We had ordered the house salad, miso soup and couple of plates of sushi rolls. All of it was great. We had very little expectation from house salad with ginger sauce but it was so good we order another one.

Food odered: Sweet potato roll, Lisa Lisa, Jimmy Smith, dynamite (not pictured). I have been to both locations for Volcano sushi and I love them both. Very good food and freshly made. There was a large variety of menu items and decent price for what you get. Every roll my family ordered was fantastic and was very flavorful. The food took longer than expected but not unbearable and I knew it was being made fresh. By the time we left the place was getting busy so I'm glad we beat the dinner rush! I also saw a birthday event on one side so I may have to keep that in mind as a small event space. 5/5 I will eat here again

I had such a great experience at Volcano.The food looked amazing.especially the sashimi , which was beautifully arranged with super fresh ingredients. Everything tasted just as good as it looked. The octopus was really tender, and the tuna and salmon were super fresh and flavorful. The presentation was impressive, and you can tell they put a lot of care into what they serve. The staff was also really friendly and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I definitely recommend checking this place out!
