Finally made my way to Vinal Bakery after hearing great things about its homemade English muffins. The bakery is located on a quiet corner next to a Target. The inside has a few tables with an open kitchen, but there is also a side window for "walk-by" ordering. - Miss Maple on French Toast English Muffin ($6.75): The maple butter had a light sweetness that was yummy. I'm not sure if the French toast English muffin is named so because of the flavor or texture, but it didn't remind me of French toast; it just tasted like a regular, chewy English muffin. However, it did taste homemade. Overall, this was pretty good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. I also think it could have been cheaper given it only contained an egg and cheddar cheese. - Oatmeal Cream Pie ($4): I got this because it is supposedly their most popular baked good. I really liked the oatmeal cookie: crispy edges with a delectably chewy center. However, the cream was VERY sweet, like cupcake frosting. The cookie was also sweet, so, together, I found it too overwhelming. Service was friendly, and they were able to prep my order earlier than the scheduled time since I arrived early. The community crossword by the register is also a neat concept.

This charming little café offers delicious pastries and breakfast sandwiches served on English muffins. The space is small, with just a few tables, but they also have a separate online order window, which is great for pick-up. My friend and I tried two lattes—one fall special and a vanilla oat milk latte—and both were solid, quality coffees. Nothing extraordinary, but definitely satisfying. It was a bit busy, so we waited around 15-20 minutes, but it was worth it. We both went for breakfast sandwiches, which come in different varieties with optional toppings for an additional charge. Honestly, this was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Even though it was on a smaller English muffin, it was hearty without being overly filling, and everything was cooked perfectly—especially the melted American cheese. The English muffins were soft and had a great flavor, much better than store-bought. I got the egg and cheese sandwich with bacon and avocado, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great food! The English muffin was so tasty and had a great texture. Wish I could achieve that when I make English muffins at home! I got the miss maple, which had a nice sweetness to it. Next time I think I’ll try a different English muffin option! Chocolate chip cookie was good too. Crisp outside, chewy center, complex flavor. The salt on top was a nice touch. I did online order and pick up, which was fast and easy.

Got the buttermilk biscuit with maple butter and choco espresso cake. Genuinely so buttery and the perfect balance of sweet and salty on the biscuit with maple butter. I had a hard time not going back the next day. I'm not usually a fan of chocolate cake unless it is super moist, but this one passed the test. It was soo rich but not overly sweet which made it so pleasant to eat. the glaze was a nice touch too it complemented the chocolate so well! The staff are also all really nice!

I moved to the area in January and this slice of heaven has been my favorite part! The rotating specialty English muffins are always so fun and yummy! Gets pretty packed on weekends, so get there early or order for pickup and enjoy elsewhere :)
