Super friendly staff and a great meal. They were handing out free cookies which were just amazing and a nice touch to our dine in experience. They were so good we bought some to take home as well. The side salad with fresh fruit was a nice surprise to the sandwiches we got. Some firemen were in line ahead of us and got their meal for free which was so nice of the business. Very community and family oriented establishment in a prime Burbank location. Will be a regular spot for me!

SUPER impressed! I don't say that often. Reasonable prices with superb flavors which is rare to find nowadays. Ample space in the parking lot, and the option to sit outdoors. Mobile order with app is awesome and there is a dedicated area for pick ups. Roomy space where you feel comfortable and the restroom area is private all the way in the back. Super clean (here at 8:15pm) Drink options are good and not your typical coke and such. Will definitely come back and also start visiting the Pasadena location

Cute little chain-type spot that offers lots of fresh, clean, healthy food. Has soup and salad that tasted like we made it at home. No weird fillers or packaged flavours. Was just what we needed after a sudden airline cancellation and chilly weather. Clean spot with big enough tables to work or bring a little game (like we did). Sweet employees. Great amount of parking in its own lot.

We love Urbane. I especially like their salmon bowl and steak sandwich. Their focaccia bread and chocolate cookie are also really good. I appreciate their friendly and fast service. Only thing is I wish they kept the tables a bit cleaner instead of leaving it to customers. Still, we always enjoy coming here.
