Both dishes were great, food was flavorful, and portions were matched by adequate pricing. Wide variety of menu items and substitutions, ordered a dirty chai with oatmilk and it was absolutely delicious! 🤤

You guys NEED to check out URBAN EGG because this spot is everything. First off, the Heavenly Dew drink. It’s like sipping nature in a glass—so fresh and light, you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of a tropical rainforest. 🌿🍈 The real star: Chicken & Waffle and that Hallandale sauce! OMG. It ties everything together so perfectly. Oh, and the 1 Billion $$$ Bacon. Literally unreal. It’s thick, smoky, sweet, and worth every cent. 🥓 The Kids Meals are top-notch too, my kids were OBSESSED. If you haven’t been, GO. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Urban Egg is a true gem for breakfast and brunch lovers. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, the service is always friendly, and the food is consistently outstanding. From fresh, creative dishes to classic favorites done right, every meal feels special. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start their day with something amazing! Overall Rating 4.5 Urban Egg is that brunch spot if you're in Colorado Springs. The vibe is welcoming, the menu is stacked with unique options (including GF-friendly ones), and the staff? 10/10. I ordered The Cure (it's a pineapple, vanilla, OJ, coconut water bev) and yes, it did cure me. Light, refreshing,, juicy, and not overly sweet. Also had the hazelnut cold brew, which was super tasty and gave me life. For food, we went with the Denver Bot Chicken Benedict Bliss. Originally thought it could be made gluten-free and was sad it couldn’t be, but they baked it for me instead and it was still so good. The flavors were spot on, and now I’m just out here dreaming of a GF version with that crispy fried batter. Manifesting that for next time. Also tried the Ultimate Breakfast Sando with turkey bacon + avo. Solid sandwich, but I’m a thick sourdough or croissant for breakfast sando kinda person, so the bread wasn't exactly my thing. Still tasty, just a personal preference. Overall: amazing staff, thoughtful menu, and tons of great GF options. Which isn’t always easy to find. Would def come back (and next time I’m trying a pancake flight).

Well hello breakfast! This was a great place to start the morning. Service was fast, food came out spot on. Great value for your money. My husband loved his Tamale Benedict..."it was incredible!" I had the protein bowl and enjoyed every bite (included photo). Make that trip to downtown Colorado Springs for a breakfast of champions!
