Drove down today from the Wake Forest area to ease a breakfast sandwich craving. Ordered The Union Egg Sandwich. The egg was perfect, the brioche nicely steamed, the right amount of cheese, hash brown was crunchy. Got some bread and a pastry to go. Nice space to sit for lunch. Will be back 10/10.

This place is a vibe! Great sandwiches on fresh bread. Friendly staff with great taste in music. Plenty of outdoor seating. We stopped in during our bike ride for lunch. Highly recommend!

So yummy!! The staff is super friendly and the baked goods are amazing. Indoor and outdoor seating, convenient parking, restrooms. They serve espresso drinks, though I didn't try them. The ham and cheese croissant was delightful!

We love Union Special! We go weekly to pick up bread for the week (our favorites are the Union Sour, Miche, and Potato Loaf). We also frequent to have breakfast and brunch - which are always delicious! My kids are always asking to go to "the bakery" and love the blue corn cookies and chocolate chip cookies!
