My wife, mom, and I were in town over the weekend and we had made reservations here after seeing the pictures and reviews. To keep it short, they delivered excellent food and service. I got the chicken and waffles which was fantastic. Some of the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. We got the Apple Pie French Toast to share and it was very tasty. We also got a mimosa flight and the flavors were really good. Menu had a variety of options that anybody should be able to find something they’d like. Service was top tier and staff was friendly. I do recommend for anybody looking for a nice brunch option.

Very Cute Spot with Decent Food This place has such a cute vibe! We sat outside, and it was absolutely wonderful. Even though they were really busy, we got seated in about 20–25 minutes without a reservation, which was a nice surprise. The food was decent, nothing mind-blowing, but it came out pretty quickly. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for a nice outdoor meal without too long of a wait!

Southern California girl that visits this restaurant every time I am in D.C. I've hosted several team dinners here and this place never disappoints. Great menu, lovely atmosphere and the service is top notch. Want to sit with an amazing server? Well, they are all great but I am keen on Mauricio's charm and super friendly personality! Don't leave without dessert and if you want a recommendation, ask Dominique who will light up like a Christmas tree when she describes the fabulous choices. And, she's as sweet as UD's desserts!

I am a particularly picky eater (read: childish palette 🤣). I got the chicken & waffles on whim and it was PHENOMENAL! The perfect combination of sweet, savory, and spicy. I do with the cornbread waffle was a little crispy, but otherwise perfection. Sam was our server and he was great. Perfect customer service and we were seated immediately with our reservation. Definitely coming back.

The chicken and waffles and side of grits were DELISH! Portions are huge. Price point is incredibly reasonable. I’d recommend and come back. Fresh food, great vibes, exceptional staff. I left in awe. Can’t wait to come back. We sat patio side, it’s covered with a nice tent with bulbs for a night ambiance. Come dine here! Note, this restaurant is reservation only!
