110%. Everything about this place was excellent. Mathew was our server and he was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, we loved everything he suggested. Started with cocktails then had the Crispy Eggplant Bao, Uncle Salad, Pork and Cabbage Dumplings, Dan Dan Noodles (Spicy and loaded with umami), aburi salmon Oshi - unique and amazing. The only disappointment was they did not have dessert on the menu.

We’ve been to Uncle twice now, and it’s quickly become our favorite. The service is truly outstanding—every single staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make us feel welcome. What really stands out to me is how kind and attentive they are to my 6-year-old; it means so much to have a place where families are genuinely treated with care. The menu is unique and full of delicious options you won’t find at your typical ramen spot. Every dish we’ve tried has been flavorful and beautifully presented. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just great food, but a warm, memorable experience.

Had a ramen craving, so we decided to dine in at Uncle—and I’m really glad we did! Making a reservation online was simple, and when we arrived, our table was ready. Our server, Jeff, was fantastic—very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He asked about dietary restrictions, and since my wife is pescatarian, he offered several options and substitutions for her. All the staff were friendly, and anytime our water glasses dipped below half, they were quick to refill them. The ramen was spot on—the pork belly just melted in my mouth. Oh, and their in-house hot sauce is a great addition as a dipping sauce for the pork!

Not even trying to be dramatic because I rarely say this, but this is by far the best ramen I've ever had. Insanely cute spot for a nice evening w friends or on a date. Great apps and outstanding service. Ramen is so flavorful but also still has a clean non greasy feel to it and isn't overwhelming in heaviness. Chicken is always cooked just right and we loved the pork dumplings. A lot of ramen places lack flavor or have greasy heavy soups, this is not at all like that. I could eat it all the time! The one thing I will say is the cocktail selection is limited and not amazing. Nothing drink wise I've had has been impressive, and the beer and wine list aren't impressive either.
