There is no better food in Old Colorado City. The service is phenomenal and the owner Maya doesn't spare any expense to make the best food possible. I would advise anyone reading this to go fill that belly. You won’t regret it. (P.s. Most authentic Injera around)

Delish delicacies, superior service, and African art and themes on display make this a new favorite restaurant. And we feel like Maya is a new friend. We had mild spice level which was perfect for me, a Midwesterner. My sig other has a spicier palate and she'll order the next spice level up next time.

The owner is extremely sweet but just a heads up for those that come, it's a small venue that's sometimes very warm inside (assuming due to the kitchen). Also the server is (the times that I've gone) the owner. I highly suggest to-go orders for those that want to try it. For those that dine in, just keep those things in mind, you'll have to be patient.

The food was absolutely incredible—bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. The owner was unbelievably sweet and welcoming, even taking the time to teach us the proper way to enjoy the dishes. Such a warm and memorable experience. Truly a hidden gem!
