I visited Twin Owls on Christmas Eve and had a very enjoyable experience. They were very welcoming to me as a solo diner, and sat me at a good table (you’d be surprised at how many places sit you in crappy tables, or refuse to let you sit anywhere but the bar). Service was great, and the food was pretty tasty. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the views would be amazing in the daytime. The only thing I did not enjoy was the parking situation. Restaurant parking is in an upper lot, with a long path and stairs down to the entrance. It looks like there are no lights, and I thought it was very creepy at first, but the lights are motion activated and do come on as you walk by them…I think I’d still prefer some sort of light to see what’s lurking before I get out of my car! If anyone in your dining party has mobility issues, I suggest taking them to the entrance before parking to avoid the stairs.

My husband and I were lucky enough to get a gift card to enjoy this pricey, but worth it, meal. The Ribeye and BBQ chicken thighs were excellent, as were the desserts. A perfect balance of flavors! We will be back for our next special occasion.

I went today with my boyfriend. It’s our first time here in Estes Park. We ordered coconut shrimp for appetizer, both got steak which was so tender and flavorful. Espresso Martini was also amazing!! A bit pricey but definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend. Our waitress was also friendly and attentive.

Best Brussels sprouts we have ever had - great views (they will accommodate you if you ask for a window view. The best time for a window view is 5 PM.) - fast service - bison filet was awesome; sweeter than beef filet - excellent bacon wrapped scallops!!
