Excellent quality. Good consistency and good flavors. The Osho roll with mango and lobster was tasty. Poke salad with the taro chips was refreshing in a hot summer day. Spider-Man roll tastes solid and not over fried. Worth coming back to try other rolls on the menu.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and delicious the dishes were! For sushi I look at texture/flavor of rice and freshness of the fish - this place did not disappoint. Even tho I came just right before closing, the staff were so friendly and helpful (all with a smile!) I think I've found my new favorite sushi spot in the east bay!

Toyosu has become a staple for our family whenever we visit Concord. Seriously the best sashimi I've had and it's consistently amazing. I've tried the regular sashimi omakase and premium and it is 100% worth the extra $$ for the chefs choice of Tokyo fish market varieties. The A5 wagyu and uni is the perfect celebration treat if it doesn't break the wallet. The staff that run Toyosu are always over the top helpful, kind and attentive. We love you Toyosu! I ordered the Sushi Combination. The quality of the sushi is pretty good. The yellowtail and salmon are my favorite.

amazing food and terrific service we actually were there on Easter Sunday and we had one of the best sushi meals I've ever had in my life. the tempura sauce with the added additions to it we're just out of this world I've never had daikon and ginger in something like that. a huge selection of drinks and some of the best spicy salmon ive had in years
