Specialties: Made to order sushi, full menu and yakiniku barbecue. Established in 2008. Toshiko Japanese Cuisine came to Hanford to fill a void. When we first arrived to the area we did not want to have to travel to Fresno or Visalia for good Japanese food. After plenty of research and hard work we decided to open a family friendly Japanese restaurant.

My husband and I love coming here, Excellent customer service, great food and atmosphere every time we go! We always sit at the sushi bar because my husband loves to conversate with the sushi chefs and I like to watch them make the rolls. The fried calamari, vegetable and shrimp tempura, I 🖤 tuna roll, nitro roll and the G-Money roll are to die for! So refreshing and delicious. Also love the smoked salmon nigiri and their pistachio fried ice cream. Their pistachio beer is good too.

Went in early and there was plenty of seating. Ramen was delicious and I didn't wait too long.
