We had an amazing dinner at Toro at Clio Hotel on February 8th, 2025. From the moment we were seated, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The food was nothing short of exceptional—every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with bold, unforgettable flavors. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding service. Our server, Marcus, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cherished. His attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and genuine hospitality made our evening even more enjoyable. Toro delivered an incredible dining experience, and we can’t wait to return!

We came to Toro to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it did not disappoint. The menu was creative and ingredients fresh, our server was very polite and attentive (made sure our friend felt special on her birthday), and the overall atmosphere was very calm, intimate, and enjoyable. The prices were a bit steep, but we were happily surprised that portion sizes were substantial! We would definitely come back for date night or special occasion again.

I recently discovered Toro while on vacation in Denver. If you never been here, you need to go. This is my new favorite restaurant. The food was amazing. I went back the next day!!! Not to mention our waiter Kevin was the absolute best! He was very attentive and even remembered our drink order from the previous day. I will literally go back to Denver just to go back eat the food and have Kevin as my waiter. I can’t stop recommending this restaurant to anyone that will listen.

Can't wait to come back! The peaceful, intimate setting made it all the more enjoyable, and the service was genuinely perfect-friendly, quick, and professional. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and flavorful, they could stand on their own. The grilled octopus was a standout-crispy edges, melt-in-your-mouth inside, and seasoned to perfection. But the lobster quesadillas stole the show: decadent, flavorful.
