Food was awesome! Our server recommended several dishes and none of them disappointed. We came for a catch up dinner and had a nice private corner to ourselves upstairs. There was some miscommunication in the service, but nothing that caused any issues. Strongly recommend the pizza. We will certainly be back.

Hands down the best service we have had on our trip. Eden, is amazing server and so personal. We felt well take care of. This Japanese Italian fusion was amazing. We came during the happy hour and sat at the pizza bar. Well worth it from 5-7pm. We decided on the Unagi pizza which was so delicious! It blew our minds on how delicious. The cocktails themselves were also so good! I highly recommend at least trying this place out!

Technically excellent, but lacking a bit of oomph. The unagi pizza lacks a tomato sauce equivalent to stand up to the richness of the cheese and eel - I was expecting the sauce to do that, but it was more on the salty side. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the flavor was very well balanced - I wasn't a fan of the roe's texture here, but my friend didn't have that issue.

This was one of my favorite meals in DC while visiting. The mocktail was a jasmine syrup drink. It was so good: sweet, floral, and tangy. The uni pasta wished it had more uni flavor; the pasta quality was so good though. The Alligator Bolognese was the winner. The hint of curry, the pasta texture, saucy and cheesy. The dessert the flan with the macerated strawberries and alcohol were very well balanced. Not overly sweet. Overall what a great meal, sat at the kitchen bar and got to see the attention to detail put on every plate that came out that kitchen. just wanted to keep ordering! cant wait to go back one day and try more dishes.

The Japanese Italian fusion concept is so cool! It really works with the dishes they’ve created. The Japanese Philly pizza is seriously amazing, and the vodka pasta is one of my favorites as well! On weekends they also have a coffee menu you can order from, and I’ve had their iced latte with strawberry milk which I loved. The service here is always great, and the variety on the menu is perfect for groups.
