My impression is that this place’s seeming prominence in standing via nationwide awareness may have some merit, but how much?? The food was good, but not stellar. The atmosphere was so-so. The service was good, but not stellar. I had the antipasto salad, and my compatriot had the chicken. They had a half dozen mainstream beers on tap. The parking lot was overflowing into the mud road to the East. We waited about half an hour to get seated, which is what we were told is normal. Honestly, I would prefer the restaurant in South Lyon, Witch’s Hat. Great food and a brewery to boot. But who am I? Just someone looking for great food, atmosphere and local beer….

Very family friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Food was wonderful, we had fried fish and chips and shrimp and scallop linguine. We also had great calamari and awesome breadsticks. Our server was great, lots of wonderful Italian dishes to choose from and amazing desserts as well. Great overall dining experience.

A small, almost hidden spot off of the highway to satisfy your Italian food cravings. The menu is extensive with a lot of options. The staff is courteous and friendly, Roe did a great job . The portion sizes are very large, definitely shareable. The restaurant itself has a smaller parking lot, so plan accordingly and the inside can get loud if there are large parties present. The food itself is delicious and definitely worth the stop if you are in the area.

April 20 25 update. Our half our way in only 15 minutes we were seated in a wonderful section with our waiter Darryl who I have recognized here before it’s an excellent waiter so I’m looking forward to the shrimp scallop fettuccine lobster sauce tomato base whatever I’m getting I’ll take pictures and I’m looking forward to the breadsticks so it’s been a year since I’ve reviewed this place but I’ve been here several times before it’s always been excellent sothis really is worth the price and the value for the meal for the food that you get. Darryl‘s name wrong. It’s DARYL OK he’s a picky waiter so OK. Daryl was a well seasoned top-notch waiter who made our meal that much more enjoyable. Out of the corner of my eye I could see him looking at me when I needed a refill and he immediately removed dishes and got us boxes to go, but the big thing is that he was serving many tables and still had the exceptional professional quality to give us the best service. If you’ve never tried this restaurant, you’re missing out on a wonderful experience. We’ve been coming here for decades and hope to continue coming for many more decades.

This is a classic Italian restaurant my family has been going to for as long as I can remember. It’s hands-down the best place to enjoy an amazing Italian meal! While everything on the menu is fantastic, my personal favorite is Anna’s Chopped Chicken Greek Salad — the flavors are always spot on, and I find myself craving it at least once a month. Although I’m gluten-free now and can’t have the breadsticks, I definitely had enough of them in my younger years to last a lifetime — and trust me, they’re *that* good. I can still remember exactly how they taste! If you're in the mood for classic Italian food or a delicious, fresh salad, this place is a great choice. They also offer gluten-free pizza, which is a huge plus for me when I want something more filling than a salad. It's awesome to be able to enjoy a great meal alongside my friends who are eating bread and pasta. Highly recommended!
