Cute place. Now I have really high expectations from bakeries. I wanted so much more. It's not their fault. I had my original melon pan in Japan. I was so hoping this would be the same or even close. It wasn't. It was definitely a brioche bread texture. The cookie coating was so crumbly it just fell off the top when you tore a piece off. It was slightly lemon flavored. Not enough though. I've said it before and I'll say it again if it is lemon flavored there should be a nice crisp tartness in the bite. Maybe pipe some fresh lemon curd or lemon cream on the middle of that. The croissant was good. My daughter said her beef curry party was amazing.

Really cute spot with tasty pastries! It is reminiscent of bakeries in Japan. I especially enjoyed the beef curry bun and matcha custard bun. Honorable mentions to the spicy cod roe toast and tuna tomato bread. Everything is very reasonably priced. Certain items sell out so I’d recommend ordering ahead of time. Also, I expected them to heat up the pastries for you but that was not the case. I enjoyed them more after bringing them home and air frying.

Great bakery serving up Japanese style baked goods. Their pastries aren't "too sweet" and they always look just like the photos on the menu. The beef curry donut is probably my favorite and I always get some shokupan/Japanese milk bread. It does get busy here and line can be out the door, but they do open at 6AM and it's not very busy in the early morning hours.

Love this Japanese bakery! Their matcha is sweetened, but it’s so good. They have a wide variety of pastries. Their bathroom has a bidet. The whole shop takes me back to Japan!

I go on Sunday. During the farmers market. There is normally a line outside. But always get delicious fresh baked goods. I will say that the curry beef bun is spectacular if you're looking for savory. And the custard donut that has little corn flakes on top. If you're looking for something sweet. Their chocolate croissants are also buttery, crispy and flaky with just the right amount of semi-sweet chocolate. The only thing I can say that they could improve on. They can't/don't make anything too order except for coffee. They can only do that if you call ahead and order it.
