My son and daughter in law brought me here for dinner and the experience was truly fantastic. The menu featured seasonal ingredients from Colorado with a slight hint of West Coast seafood. I happen to be from the West Coast of Canada and when I was thinking about how memorable (both delicious and visual) the creative dishes were I realized they reminded me strongly of some of the ocean creatures I photographed a couple years ago in Tofino, Canada. I hope you enjoy the photos and I would highly recommend The Wolf’s Tailor.

Every time I go, I swear this restaurant gets better and better! We did the nonalcoholic pairing and this is above and beyond, I would say it is its own dining experience given how much effort and energy they put into crafting beautiful NA cocktails. Cannot wait to go back!

What an incredible dining experience! You walk through a garden area to enter the restaurant, getting a glimpse of their private outdoor dining tents on the way in. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a cozy booth by the window. Our non-alcoholic beverage pairing was a perfect complement to the intricately plated masterpieces of courses. Everything was beautiful and thoughtfully crafted, and we enjoyed hearing about each ingredient and what inspired the dish. The pacing was excellent as we had a perfect amount of time to enjoy each dish. Just as we were excited to try the next course, it was being brought to the table. After such an orchestra of colors, textures, and flavors, I will admit that the dessert courses felt a bit underwhelming. Where and how the ingredients for them were sourced was quite involved and fascinating, which I greatly appreciate; in reality, though, this resulted in a few pieces of chocolate (admittedly I am not a huge chocolate person). Overall, the service, ambiance, incredible food, and dedication to both Colorado ingredients and sustainability truly make this restaurant and the dining experience it offers stand out. I’d love to return and try the private outdoor tent dining as well!

This was my first time dining at The Wolf's Tailor and they deserve their star and praise. The service was fantastic, everyone was attentive and friendly. The service was smooth and well presented. Hats off to the chef and kitchen, the food was absolutely delicious. So much variety with textures and flavors. The use of local ingredients and sustainable practices is always appreciated as well. We opted to have the alcoholic and non alcoholic pairings and I have never been to a restaurant that put so much care into their N/A beverages. Everything went together so well and we really loved the lassi and vieux carre pairings. When in Denver again, I would definitely love to stop in for another fabulous dinner and highly recommend!
