As the tasting room for two of Denver's premier booze producers, Bierstadt Lager and C Squared Ciders, The Rackhouse creates a unique dining experience by placing you in the middle of our 21,000 square foot production facility. We are bringing you the freshest, and most well-built Lager and Cider in the city, all while providing a unique dining experience where you are a part of the production process. Our menu, created by Chef Brandon Muncy, is based on the brewed-food movement and capitalizes on our unique relationship with our in-house production partners. General Manager Jessica Durr powers a ever changing cocktail menu that is grounded in the classics featuring prominent spirit purveyors from across the globe.

Such a cool place! We were with kids and the place is kid friendly upstairs, but downstairs is 21+ and they have adult games and the atmosphere is awesome. I will definitely visit without kids and hang out with friends there 😍 food was tasty and the beer was very delicious too!

My group and I got here at the end of the night. We had drinks and they were just okay. The atmosphere was really nice and it’s a nice place to go to play games, have drinks, and hang out. The place really is massive.

Just an fyi, children are not permitted downstairs (not sure if there is a cut off time if they are at some point) though they have to be out by 8pm, in case you have crumb snatchers erm kids with you. Live music started at 8pm. Another great spot to drop in at if in the RiNo district. Definitely would like to go back to check out the downstairs games. They had life size corn hole, beer pong, jenga, connect 4, etc. They do have das boot with is like 2.5 liters or maybe 3 liters of beer.

When i tell you to SKIP THE LINE and go STRAIGHT to a table with a QT code… please listen! You can order drinks and food from the QR code and they bring it much faster than standing in line! Get the pretzel with cheese And the big glasses of light beer for the full experience! Also go the first Friday of every month for wrestling that starts at 9 AM. It was absolutely incredible- standing room only! They have cocktails draft beer, and I really liked the slow poor Pilsner. Plenty of parking in the back!
