The food was great, the atmosphere was very nice. Service was on point. It was busy, and that is good. Servers did a great job keeping up. The reason I give a 4 star is because I am huge on trying bloody Mary's. The taste was blah and missing something, but the presentation was nice and pretty. The yuca fries were super good.

The Exchange on Tejon is an excellent place to work, eat and drink some coffee. We had a few hours to kill while waiting for our flight, and I'm glad we spent them here! Food and coffee were delicious. Highly recommend The Cowgirl salad and Zombie White Espresso Latte. Service was fast and very friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing with plants everywhere. It's quiet enough for work or study. Highly recommended!

The food was good, but needed some flavor. The kitchen was very busy and there was a delay. The manager came out and apologized to each table and even brought a cinnamon roll to help with the food wait. The bloody Mary flight wasn't as tasty as I thought it would be. Essentially, it just had different toppings. My son enjoyed the taro root smoothie with tapioca Boba (pretty similar to the Ube milkshake at zero degrees). He had the Super bacon sandwich. I had the churrasco and enjoyed it. My nephew ordered the breakfast skillet and wasn't able to finish it. He really enjoyed the jelly.

Eat here (Gluten Free or Gluten Loving)! This place is awesome! We stopped here on the way to Red Rock Canyon because of the good reviews. Our teas were excellent as were our sandwiches. It’s a healthy priced meal but so worth it for us. I had the mother clucker and my wife who is gluten intolerant said her sandwich with house made GF bread was great (“soft and toasty like regular bread”).
