We ate here our first night in Fort Collins. Very nice restaurant with great service. We started with the Brussel sprouts, which were like a cross between baklava and Brussel sprouts. They had pistachios and honey with some heat from peppers. They were very good. I tried the bison stroganoff, and it was good. Finished with ice cream and creme brulee.

My daughter wanted some beignets, so we came here. We arrived minutes after brunch was over, but they still kindly accommodated us. Beignets were flaky like croissants—everyone loved them. Happy hour menu had these amazing broken potatoes with chimichurri aioli. These were marked GF, but are cooked in a shared fryer. Excellent service, would come back again for a lunch or dinner!

We visited Emporium during CSU graduation weekend. Party of 7 got in at 10am. The added extra seats to accommodate busy weekend crowd. Although the restaurant was full and busy for breakfast, the staff was calm and present. They had a buffet that was next level. Fresh food coming out every few minutes. Chef Jared got me a French toast with no pecans (allergy) without issue. The lemon sauce was delicious. Beignets were cooked perfectly. Crunch on the outside, light and fluffy inside. Downside was no salt and pepper on the table and a long wait to get it. Really long wait to get the bill, even after we asked for it. Kind of the worst when you are held hostage and can’t leave because you can’t pay the bill. Actually gave 5 stars and then had to update to 4. Somewhat understandable with the busy crowd, but a bummer on the waiting.

I went only for coffee and dessert. The atmosphere is great, and the desserts are delicious. I took a quick peek at the lunch and dinner menus, but there aren't many encouraging options

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Marvin and let me tell you—this was service beyond expectations! Not only did he craft a delicious special mocktail tailored to my preferences, but his hospitality was unmatched, balancing warmth, efficiency, and a true passion for his craft. If you're looking for impeccable service, a bartender who goes above and beyond, and a personalized touch to your experience, The Emporium is your go-to! I’ll definitely be back and recommending them to everyone I know.
