The Corner Beet started as Gypsy Juice, a cold pressed juice company who hit the music and festival scene along with various markets and fleas. They have since found a home at 1401 Ogden and offer a full menu consisting of juice, coffee, tea, toasts, salads, and treats.

So much yes. Vegan options were so plentiful and so incredibly delicious. I got the Thai tofu salad with peanut dressing, which was phenomenal. Husband got the tofu banh mi. Lots of options for drinks. Plenty of seating inside and out, and really nice people. We're going back tomorrow for the avocado toast.

What a lovely Corner spot! I stopped in there after a yoga practice around the corner and it was the perfect place to unwind. Tons of great drink selections, teas, food items and a wonderful atmosphere overall. Looking forward to coming back and trying out the food menu.
