At the beginning of July, our business have launch for the first time in Long Beach with BBQ smoked meat sandwiches, Brisket, Pulled pork, Tri tip and varieties of ribs such as pork ribs, baby back ribs, rip tips, smoked chicken and steak. We take it as traditional way to smoke the meat we do slow smoke that mean it take 12-16hours to smoke at low temperature 210-225 F to make the meat tender and juicy, we use our original Kansas City BBQ sauce, sweet and tangy and smokey

Very high quality and very good meat. Simply outstanding in terms of taste. I chose brisket and was very satisfied. The side dishes were also very, very good. The price was also reasonable for the meal. I can only recommend it. The Style and Ambiente are vers beautiful.

We get this food delivered regularly! It's good. Our favorites are the ribs, brisket & bbq beans. The bbq beans have chunks of meat in them that make them more like a hefty stew - delicious. They've likely delivered to us 25+ times.

The service and responses of these two women is just the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I dined in an just listening to how they handled the calls and customers and flow... --as a business owner I was INSANELY IMPRESSED. It is so difficult to find Self-Motivated staff and Just Knowing Your business are in these hands Comma you should feel comfortable and confident exclamation point Was leaning more towards that they are most likely Owners family because of how much care they put into everything they did. Food was great, portions are nice
