Seriously a brand new opened bakery spot/Cafe. I just so happened to see it when I stopped by for a CVS run. Walked into this place and the sourdough breads are so beautiful! I wish I could buy each one but that would mean I would have to eat them all and I can't. They had this cute baked bread in the shape of a crab and crocodile...too cute!. Anyways, since they are new here they need attention. So here I am doing my part to help out this small business. Before I left I bought a chocolate chip cookies. It was delicious and rich of good quality ingredients. I will definitely return to get their breads and espresso muffins! Please support small businesses because they support the community. Highly recommended to any sourdough bread connoisseurs that are in the greater Los Angeles area. Chef Alan Negrete is offering his amazing sourdough loaves and even sourdough bowls; for those who want to fill with a nice clam chowder. His authentic sourdough is definitely worth a try! Okay...run...don't walk to California Bakehouse! It's AMAZING!!! The Jalapeno/Cheddar sourdough is ridiculous! The Chocolate/Cherry brownies...a revelation! The Blueberry Muffins, to die for! And the Chocolate Chip cookies, seriously, the best you'll ever have! We can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing baked goods. Of course the bread is the first reason to go but the sweets...just crazy good!!! These guys REALLY know what they're doing! The photo would have been a lot prettier if we hadn't torn into everything like wild animals but...

I just found this gem after having a huge craving for a sourdough loaf. I arrived 10 minutes before closing, and was greeted by a very enthusiastic employee. They had very little sourdough loaves left, but they had one loaf of cheddar-jalapeno sourdough. I bought one of these and a blueberry muffin. They were both very good. The blueberry muffin was actually blue and the cheddar-jalapeno sourdough was delicious. The cheddar-jalapeno sourdough had an impressive amount of cheddar and jalapenos on top. I came for sourdough but left with the most delicious blueberry muffin I've ever had in my life, for real. I wish I took pictures to show you guys the baked goods that I got today, but as you can imagine, they both look like a muffin and a sourdough loaf. My photos probably wouldn't do then justice, but trust me when I say: they are delicious. 10/10 would visit again and this bakery has definitely become my official go-to bakery in SoCal.

I stopped to check out the place nice lil spot fresh breads are good and they have fun shapes like gators turtles etc. makes it nice for kids to go. Now let’s talk about the sandwiches I have had the pastrami only so far and it could be super delicious but the man who made the sandwich had more fat than I’ve ever encountered on a pastrami sandwich over half the sandwich was fat from the brisket I couldn’t believe it ruined the sandwich for me! The pastrami was great but if he serves that much fat on the sandwich I wouldn’t buy again. Which is sad because the pastrami is delicious but the sandwich should be slightly adjusted. I had to deduct one star from the overall view I still recommend this place customer service is excellent from the ladies inside also
