Amazing space to be in, food to eat and incredible service. We came here on recommendation from friends who live in town and will be back. The ravioli, scallops and burrata started are all excellent. Had some oysters, which tasted so fresh. Steaks and side came out perfect delicious!!! (The cream corn and smoked bacon is sooooo good). Tried out the Cafe Nuovo cocktail and had to order a second one as it was so tasty!!!

Went to dinner on NYE. We only had to wait about 15 mins which was easy. Our waiter was very attentive. We got mocktails and they were delicious!! We had the pear carpaccio salad with burratta and it was perfect. I ordered the filet (pictured) with small mash & asparagus. 10/10

One dish stands above all: tomahawk steak. Everything else was mear good - this was food near perfection. The tartare was ok - too many capers and not enough meat. Caesar salad was small for the price - although the anchovies were totally good. Service was friendly and patient with my 88 year old dad who doesn't speak English. Dessert was great - made my dad very happy. Were it not for the tomahawk, I would have given 3 stars. Don't even think about it - just get the tomahawk.

This is a great restaurant, the staff are prompt and courteous. Even though it was a busy night, the food arrived very quickly and the presentation was fantastic. We had carpaccio and foie gras for appetizers, both really tasty and balanced. Unfortunately, the aged ribeye steak left me looking for more, something was a miss there and I probably should have chosen another option. The house sorbets were out of this world. One cup with three flavors was more than the two of us could handle. It was acidulous sweet and refreshingly fruit, a great ending to our dinner. This was not our first time they have kept up their standard over the years.

A nice hometown feel where you feel comfortable but has the right amount of class for a business dinner and or a romantic dinner date. I have booke Bancroft for corporate dinners and looking to book more. They always graciously take care of dinner guests and have options for every foodie’s preference. If you get the seafood tower you will be amazed at the size of the shrimp. They are actually colossal! And I can’t forget to mention that I’ve never had a bad meal and they have top notch wine selections
