My husband and I have been here only twice, but we were blown away the very first time we dined here. From the cool and homey vibe of the restaurant to the amazing service from the staff, this quickly became one of our go to date spots! The biscuits are some of the softest and most delicious we've ever had, and the fried chicken is a must have as well. I can be a little bit of a picky eater, and yet the Breakfast rice bowl was fantastic! A new favorite of mine that I couldn't get enough of. My husband loves chocolate while I'm not huge on it, and yet the 12 layer chocolate cake has been our dessert both times. If nothing else, please try this cake!!! Parking can be difficult to find, but it is worth it for how tasty the food is. We've tried different things both times we went and nothing disappointed. Well worth the money and travel for us! The scenery around is amazing too. We especially love the crosswalk right next to it, perfect for taking some cute photos. We are already wanting to return for another outing!

We had breakfast at the Attic. My wife had eggs Benedict and said they were perfect. I had the gumbo, and it was the best i had in since New Orleans. The gumbo was a delight. The biscuits and butter were amazing. We highly recommend a visit to the Attic.

We found The Attic while searching for the best breakfast spots in Long Beach. It wasn’t at the very top of the list, but with thousands of positive reviews, we decided to give it a shot—and we’re so glad we did. Located in a charming neighborhood with local shops and a great dive bar (Reno Room—definitely worth a visit after brunch), The Attic has a modern, welcoming vibe. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, a large open-air bar area, and indoor dining as well. The menu is packed with tempting options. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the BEC—both were absolutely delicious. The real standout, though, was the biscuits with jam and butter. Honestly, they might be the best biscuits I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside, full of flavor, and not at all dry. To top it off, the mimosas were only $4 each and poured generously with champagne. Service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and fast. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Long Beach.

This restaurant is a nice and cozy restaurant. Everyone that works there was so nice so sweet. Even though it’s a restaurant it still gives a home vibe and very relaxing. The Food was delicious. Everyone at the table enjoyed each dish. The chicken was juicy and easy to cut. The sangria could’ve been a little stronger, but it did taste good. I will return.

We went here to celebrate a life accomplishment and we were not disappointed. We easily made a reservation online-which I totally recommend. They ask you to share a photo when you do so they can recognize you when you arrive. (Nice touch). We had no wait when we arrived. Our server Peyton was the best!! Every. Single. Thing. We. Ordered. Was. DELICIOUS! Even something as simple as a salad was layered with complex flavors. Even the music was lovely. Just loud enough to add to the atmosphere, but not even loud enough for me to recognize the songs/artists. And, it’s dog friendly so there were some cute pups there. Things to take note of. Parking can be tough. It’s on Broadway in Long Beach, be prepared to spend some time looking for a spot. Lunch and dinner service are mostly outdoors. And in Long Beach, in the evening, it can get windy and chilly. While there are lots of heaters available, you should dress appropriately if you’re a person who gets cold like me. Overall, this was a WONDERFUL experience and we are planning our next visit and the food items we’re going to order when we do.
