Cute little Thai place serving authentic dishes. The entire meal with smoothly with the server providing helpful suggestions and answering questions regarding new dishes we wanted to try. The food was served amazingly fast, the spice tray was brought to our table without even my having to ask for it, and my water stayed filled. Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great dining experience at Thai Ghang Waan! The food was delicious and packed with authentic Thai flavors. We tried a variety of dishes, and everything from the Crispy Pork Belly to the Papaya Salad was spot on. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout the meal. The restaurant is small but cozy, which adds to its charm. It’s a great spot for a casual dinner with a relaxed atmosphere. Despite the smaller space, they do a fantastic job keeping it comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic Thai food in the Springfield area. We will definitely be back!

Thai Gang Waan is my husband and I's favorite Thai restaurant. I personally have been coming for decades back when it was House of Siam. From the isan sausage to their floating market noodle soup, everything is delicious. The service is always great even when the restaurant is packed. Don't pass on the Thai beer selections as the Muay Thai IPA is reminiscent of Thai tea with notes of lychee....amazingly addictive. By far the best and most authentic Thai food in Springfield.

Such a cute place! We ordered to go, and when our waitress saw me walking up, she brought out our food while I was still outside! I thought that was pretty awesome. I ordered medium spicy, but next time I'll get the spiciest! We ordered the cashew chicken and the beef with black pepper and garlic.

I’m never disappointed here. There’s a different variety of Thai dishes that you won’t find in other restaurants. Flavors are very good and service as well. The atmosphere is relaxing and cafe-like with good service. This time my wife and I had crispy chive dumplings for an appetizer. I had the kua gling (delicious) and my wife had the crispy pork belly and Chinese broccoli. Food here is solid, and has other dishes you won’t find in other Thai restaurants. The restaurant is in a little strip mall with free parking, which is always a plus. The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment is comfortable, casual, and relaxing. For food, there are many specialties I don’t see in other similar restaurants and the flavors are very good. This last time I went for the Tom Kha gai (absolutely delicious), crispy tofu (was good considering I usually don’t eat tofu; trying to get there), and chicken karee curry. My wife shared the soup and tofu with me. Her main dish was tofu pad Thai, which she loved. Great food! Along with delicious food, this place offers some different dishes that you don’t find in other Thai restaurants. This introduces you to many new experiences. There’s adequate free parking so no trouble going there. The staff are very friendly, and the environment is very comfortable. They can get very busy so plan around peak times. On this visit I tried the steak Thai Ghang Waan, which had wonderful flavors, while my wife tried the floating market noodle soup and said was delicious. First, it’s great that there’s adequate parking. It’s a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. I like that their menu options include other things you don’t find in other Thai restaurants. Both my wife and I had crispy pork belly and both were delicious. My wife went for Chinese broccoli while I had garlic. Both satisfied.
