I was looking for a spot that I could take a friend who was celebrating a big birthday. The atmosphere was beautiful, the bar was large, the food was good and the location provided plenty of parking. The service was 5 stars and it was due to the manager, I think her name was Alex. From the minute we walked in I felt welcomed and important. Friendly smile, constantly being checked on (not in an intrusive way) and was surprised with a complementary birthday dessert! She certainly made the experience ten times better. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

I had the pleasure of dining at Teresa’s recently, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alexandra for her outstanding leadership and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she runs a smooth and welcoming operation. Alexandra was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about both the guests and her staff. She checked in with us personally to ensure we were having a great experience, and her warm demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to see a manager who balances efficiency with such a personal touch! Great service starts from the top, and Alexandra set the standard. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks in large part to her, but also the rest of the Teresa’s great team, the delicious food and the wonderful atmosphere she helps create!

My family celebrated my son’s first communion at Teresa’s yesterday and I was truly overwhelmed by the service and atmosphere created by the most amazing staff. From the initial planning emails with Jeff, to the first dinner there with my kids try the food with Nick as our server, and to the last minute requests the day of, every interaction was a reminder that excellent customer service still exists and we couldn’t have been happier. Jillian went above and beyond when I called in a panic wondering how I could get the cake there before the restaurant opened as it was now going to be an 80 degree day and I couldn’t keep it in the car during the ceremony. I was so impressed by her sincerity and willingness to help, one of the first things I did when I arrived was seek her out so I could personally thank her. Brook, Emily, Casey and Nick truly made the day special as they were extremely kind, friendly, fun, so accommodating and extremely attentive to every guest. This review would be pages long if I went into all the ways they made me and my family feel like our experience was their number one priority. Moving tables last minute, finding a chair from the office to accommodate my 87 year old mother and her aches and pains allowing her to sit comfortably at the table for the entire meal, entertaining the kids table… everyone in attendance complimented on how exceptional they were and what a great time it was. And there were other staff members that assisted, answered questions and also went out of their way to help out in any way they could. I wish I asked all of their names. The food was delicious (everything from the bread to the entrees), the service was top notch, the atmosphere is beautiful and I would book a hundred more parties here. And in case you were wondering, the pricing was moderate considering the level of excellence they achieve. Teresa’s Woburn has done an outstanding job at setting the standards high and following through on every front. I can’t thank you enough. Can’t wait to come back!

Best espresso martini ever! I love the atmosphere of this restaurant as well as the staff! Jeff and Alyssa are excellent and make you feel very welcome. The food was excellent 10/10 I had the chicken broccoli ziti! Definitely would recommend this place to a friend
