Got to start with our server ,Charlotte. Enthusiasm, knowledge, and a fantastic energy added to our meal! Ted's has bison 🦬 steaks. Lean can be dry and tough, but they figured out how to make the steaks tender and juicy! Fudge brownies warm chocolate sauce that no diet can resist. Finish this review with a starter: just get the crab cake......no pasty fillers lots of crab and a unique seasoning that isn't Old Bay.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch on my way to the airport. It was during the week, so it was busy, but was able to be seated at a small table right away. Service was fast and friendly. Menu has a large variety of options, especially different burgers. Ordered the Avalon Bison Burger. While waiting, they brought out some pickles which were very good. About 10 minutes later, burger came out. It was large and cooked just right. It was topped with Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, arugula, and garlic aioli, but I held the blue cheese. Good food and service.

Ted has a nice atmosphere. It’s casual you can schedule events. You can also make a reservation. They have a spot at the bar you can sit there. The food is excellent. The desserts are excellent and you can get just about any kind of drink you want there as well. My meal was a bit higher in price due to what I purchased. I had the 14oz New York Strip, but I had BUFFALO MEAT. Any cut of BEEF, that is offered @ Ted’s can also be BISON, as well, depending upon availability. Ted’s has their own butcher shop, and all cuts of meat are cut to order.

It’s been 21 years since I last had Colorado basin and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. From the moment you take your first bite the meat absolutely melts in your mouth infused with an incredible smoke flavor that lingers just long enough to make you crave more. The mashed potatoes and corn taste like something straight from grandma’s kitchen comforting hearty and made with love. We arrived at 8 PM on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised to find zero wait and plenty of spacious seating. Even better if you or your guests use mobility devices you’ll have no trouble navigating in and out tables are generously spaced and thoughtfully arranged. The servers and hosts deserve a special shoutout. They greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and kept the energy high throughout the evening. Friendly attentive and clearly passionate about making sure every guest feels welcome. If you're looking for a place that combines nostalgic flavors with top notch hospitality this spot checks all the boxes. Followup went back the following day to try the Basin 16oz on the bone and OMG!!! Two Thumbs-up 👌 Highly recommended !
