This is an excellent restaurant with a really fun island vibe. The decor and atmosphere is so cute and festive and nautical. The service is super cheerful and friendly and prompt. The menu has a lot of options to offer and the food was great. My pulled pork sandwich was bursting with flavor and the sweet potato tots were delicious. We really enjoyed our visit and we definitely will return.

Love Swaylos, food was amazing (loved my red curry noodles) and the service was absolutely the best, our server was amazing. We were also treated to a lovely hula demonstration during the meal, who wouldn't want to see that!

Swaylo’s truly surprised me—in the best way possible. It’s such a treat to find authentic Hawaiian food in Longmont, and they absolutely nailed it. The vibe is super cool and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The bartenders were not only friendly but also really knowledgeable; they helped me pick out the perfect meal. I loved the spam musubi—it was spot on—but the chicken katsu and mai tai were also fantastic. This place is a great find and an absolute must-try if you’re in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely phenomenal place to get dinner with friends! The food was creative and delicious, the staff was always super friendly and inviting, and the atmosphere was the perfect combination of laid back and bustling. For the time my friends and I stayed at Longmont, it was always a struggle to not choose Swaylo's for dinner because we knew it was a guaranteed good time! We quickly went through the menu and found it hard to pick favorites, because all the food was fantastic. I found myself regularly ordering the Barramundi and VanillaKilla with a rum float, but honestly you can't go wrong with any meal or drink you choose. Our servers also had great recommendations when we couldn't choose and went above and beyond to make every evening memorable. There was even a night where I had such a great time, I almost left my to-go box at the restaurant— only for the manager to run down the block to personally hand it to me! To top it all off, the ambiance was simply sublime: whether you're in the booths sipping a Mai Tai with your buddies or hula dancing with the locals in the pirate ship, your worries melt away like a piña colada on a hot summer's day. The only problem I have with Swaylo's is that it's literally over a thousand miles from where I live— while I would not walk that far for anything, Swaylo's is definitely a vibe worth experiencing in person! I know I'm planning my next road trip to Southwest Longmont :)
