This was our first time here! The food was delicious. My husband had the bandito skillet with half green chili and half gravy. I had the sunrise skillet with green chili and both were so good. We also had the pancakes. We sat at the bar and were mesmerized watching the chef cooking. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I have always loved my breakfasts at Susie’s. I live in the mountains, and I stop here when I come down to Colorado Springs. The absolute best part of my breakfast is the Home Fry Potatoes. Something’s has changed though; I have four items of take-out, and management has decided no more bags for tipping customers. Can she not afford to donate a 5-cent bag or a 10-cent state bag tax to served her customers? Other than this bag thing, I love their food.

Arrived at prime time(1145 Sunday morning), one table inside and one outside were available - 7 inside, 2 out). I sat at the counter (4). Greeted right away, super friendly staff. Photo is a Cowpoke Skillet after I plowed in to it. Best biscuit I’ve had in a while. I was able to finish half my plate of food; the rest had to go with. This is one of those places where everyone (staff) calls the owner Mom and they are all rowing in the same direction. Great place to hit if you’re going to/from the dog park, a bike ride, or a hike up in the canyon. If you get the cowpoke, be advised that they cube up the chicken fried steak so it’s about the size as the potatoes, which were perfect BTW. My new Westside local.

The Cali Eggs Benedict were exceptional, with perfectly cooked eggs and delicious hollandaise sauce!!! The biscuits and gravy were not a hit. You gotta try the Benny's!

Susie’s is an adorable little spot with a charming atmosphere and fun wall décor that makes you feel right at home. The service was excellent—every staff member we interacted with was warm and friendly. The food was equally impressive. I ordered the Kitchen Sink omelette, and it was everything I ever want in an omelette—flavorful, hearty, and satisfying. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!
