Moved into the Neighborhood in February. I have been ordering Sushi to go from the Sushi Palace at least once a week. I have tried many Sushi restaurants in the Jacksonville area since 2012. The Sushi Palace is tied for the Best Sushi in my Top 3. The Food is always Fresh and Delicious! 🍣 I have always experienced kind, polite, great customer service. I am always able to pick up my order within 20 minutes. Despite inflation prices going up everywhere....Sushi Palace is very budget friendly compared to other.

My fiance and I went to Sushi Palace tonight and totally forgot it was Valentine’s Day. Yes there was a wait but they gave us multiple free items, we told them it wasn’t necessary but they insisted, because of the wait. We totally understood because they phone was always ringing and there were A LOT of to go orders. Unfortunately a few people were rude to the staff due to the wait, even though it was obvious they were insanely busy. We have been here multiple times whether it was to go or inside. They are always amazing and super friendly.

I've been coming here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. In fact it's become a favorite for my husband and our family as it's grown. The sushi is amazing and out little loves the steak and noodles. Definitely try the miyazaki roll!

The Sushi Palace is a quiet, cozy, and unassuming place with great service and delicious food. I had gyoza, the queen roll, and warm green tea. It was great!

I’ve been coming to this wonderful, family-owned sushi spot for the past eight years, and it truly feels like a second home. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — every bite is a treat. The restaurant is consistently clean and inviting, and the service is genuinely top-notch. The staff are so warm and friendly, they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place with such heart and consistency. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing sushi and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
