One of the best Sushi, Sashimi places in Denver, better to reserve before you go. Some of the rolls are big so get a good grip on your chopsticks and open your mouth wide, reminiscent of your Japan trip, try the Wagyu beef rolls you will not be disappointed. Spicy edamame and dynamite roll were great starters. If you are a wine aficionado then they have some good pairings, my guest tried and said he really enjoyed it. Thanks to the chefs and staff, it was a delectable experience.

**plan ahead & make a reservation before reading reviews!** Worth the wait to get a reservation, to get your food, for every part of this experience. We had a wonderful time during our time here ordering as we went and trying a variety of items. The nigiri was the favorite of the night - buttery soft and full of flavor. Insanely good. We were fortunate enough to try a wide variety of items and it seemed that each bite was better than the last. Cannot recommend this place enough. It wasn’t cheap but it was an experience and sometimes a night of food and drinks with friends is just what you need! Will be a place to bring out of town guests for some of the best sushi ever!

The selections we experienced showcased meticulous craftsmanship and an exceptional standard of culinary excellence. The freshness and complexity of flavours were extraordinary, with each bite revealing a refined balance and precision that is truly rare. What truly distinguished our visit was the attentive yet unobtrusive service, paired with a genuine passion for the craft. Sushi Den is a place where quality and dedication are palpable, making it one of the finest sushi experiences I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy.

WOW. I have eaten sushi all over the US and this is right up there with Hawaii and Cali in my opinion. Very fresh and flavorful fish. Can’t wait to come back and try more! Alex was great and had perfect recommendations.
