This was truly a comfort meal. The owners were very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was delicious. The food was so fresh and flavorful, my girlfriend and I literally bumped heads fighting over our shared desert! 200/10 would recommend and will be returning!!

Wonderful spot downtown. We braved snow and deep freeze to dine here and it was well worth weather discomfort. Dishes from a variety of cuisines and all of it prepared with care to satisfy. And don't forget desert. The mouse was amazing! Eagerly awaiting our next visit.

We came in after church and had an excellent time. I highly recommend securing a reservation as space is limited but the staff were fantastic and friendly and the food tasted like real food! I had the Taos omelette and my wife had the downtown go bananas waffle. All of it was excellent. The omelette didn't survive to get a picture lol.

Yesterday, June 3rd, 2025, my Google search for "Comfort Food" in Colorado Springs led me to an absolute delight – a restaurant that truly lives up to its name. From the moment I stepped inside, I was warmly welcomed by Ben and Susanna, whose hospitality was truly exceptional. Ben guided me through the menu, and I settled on a spicy chicken dish that was nothing short of delicious. As someone with a serious sweet tooth, I couldn't resist trying Susanna's homemade apple cake, which proved to be a top-notch, perfect ending to the meal. For anyone scrolling through endless online reviews, struggling to find a truly good place to eat, let me make it simple: this is it. This restaurant unequivocally delivers on its promise of great food. As a vocalist who frequently travels the Eastern Seaboard, dining in countless work venues and private establishments, I can confidently say that this experience was as good as it gets.
