Due to some circumstances changing it was time for me and my family to buy a new secondary car. I will admit before speaking with Dawn Soto at Sun West I had a lot to learn about car loans and finding the best rates possible. We bought our last 3 cars from Carhop and their financing. I will be grateful for the fact they were able to help us in a tight spot with needing a car asap, but after my experience with Sun West I will never go back to buying unreliable cars at crazy rates. I think we were paying a rate of 21 percent ish on our current car with them and it was time for a change. I've made a lot of bad financial decision in the past when it comes to buying a car, but I will say my best decision was walking into Sun West. Dawn Soto was so amazing when talking with her and going over the pre-approval process. Once I was pre-approved all I had to do was look for the right car from there. She was even able to help me nearly cut my current car payment from carhop in half by refinancing with Sun West. She was able to save me nearly 200 dollars a month on our payments which helps tremendously. Dawn was genuinely helpful in my car buying experience as well because whenever I had any questions or concerns she was right there to guide me through the process. I can't thank Sun West enough with helping me get into the right car, at the right price, and at some very good rates. Dawn even informed me on how I can continue building my credit enough to qualify for a home mortgage in a year. This place really supports and educates their customers when it comes to their car loan needs. I really wish I would've found this place a few years back because I'm loving my experience so far! Thank you so much Dawn for helping me get into a new car and making the process so smooth for us! Like I said if anyone is looking to finance for a car loan look no further because Sun West is top notch and has the great reviews to match. Now I can totally see why this credit union is rated the highest in Pueblo. Customer service and affordability is unmatched in my opinion! I have been with this bank for over 10 years, love all the assistance they provide with getting a loan, or a new account. The staff always sends out stickers or suckers to the kids when we go through the drive thru. Recently, Dawn was super friendly and helpful with the process for getting us a vehicle loan. When I took out a home equity loan, Don Petro, located at the Eagleridge branch on the north side of Pueblo was absolutely amazing. She took the time to extensively go through the process and explain the answers to all of the questions that I had. She was so helpful and friendly and I could not be more impressed with the service I received from her.
