Really enjoyed our burgers, beer, and overall experience at Stout the other night. A few of us got the Stout Burger and we were all very impressed. Very high quality beef patty, gruyere cheese, and grilled onions… pricey at around 20 bucks but definitely delicious. We also all split a couple orders of loaded tots with bacon and cheese sauce which rocked too. The beer selection is impressive and everything I tried was great (Golden Monkey on tap is awesome but dangerous!). Our server was great and very attentive as well.

One of my favorite burger spots in LA. I miss the Santa Monica location, but I’m very happy the Hollywood one is still running. The loaded fries and loaded tots are SO good. Nice variety of burgers and sandwiches as well (beef or turkey patty). Some sports games usually shown on the TVs as well. Very nice staff, and food is always made quick and fresh. Highly recommend. The one negative is the parking, which is pricey to park very close by or can be tricky to park nearby. I recommend finding one of the nearby parking garages if street parking is hard to find.

Stout has an excellent vegan burger! Cleverly called the PLANET-based burger you can get it with Beyond or a quinoa-bean patty. Comes with vegan cheese and an actually spicy spicy aioli and jalapeños and is topped with a healthy amount of avocado. You can also sub those patties and vegan cheeze on any burger. They also have a delicious soft pretzel and vegan dipping sauces include all of the aiolis (!!), a stone ground mustard and a good jam. Honestly impressed. There’s a kale-quinoa salad that’s a hefty portion and really fresh but unfortunately the dressing does have a small amount of honey in it. And they always (afaik!) have a hard seltzer AND a hard kombucha on draft. How cool is that? A non-beer-drinking vegan walks into a bar…and has a great experience! Super friendly staff too. Sure from the outside it looks a bit like a generic Midwest bar but it’s a neighborhood spot and totally unpretentious. Crowd is a mix of locals, Europeans (it must be in some LA guidebooks!?), workers from the neighborhood, beer enthusiasts, and wanderer-ins. Good amount of diversity, too, thankfully. Great Happy Hour 3-6pm! Sadly no longer open til 4am.

From the moment you walk in you realize that the craft brewery and selections they have is just fantastic not only are the beer selections great but then you get to choose what kind of burger you want and let me tell you what this is a fantastic burger flavors are just on point And they also have a bread pudding which takes an additional 20 minutes to Koch. That is so well worth your time that you should already be coming here to order it.

The onion rings were thick, crispy, and satisfying, while the sweet potato fries? Next level—crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just right. Stout doesn’t try too hard, and that’s what makes it special. It’s confident in what it does—bold burgers, great sides, and a vibe that keeps you coming back. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Hollywood, this place is a must-stop for any burger lover.
