We started with the Verdure and shared the Giardino along with the pasta of the day—each dish was beautifully crafted, bursting with creativity and flavor. Absolutely delicious! I came here solo for dinner, and the service was spot on—attentive without being intrusive, which I really appreciated. The burrata was hands down the best I’ve ever had—the pine nuts added such a great depth of flavor. The Capellini Aglio e Olio was a pleasant surprise, perfectly balanced with just the right kick. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Denver!

John (hopefully it is with an h and I didn’t mess it up) was the best waiter I’ve had in a LONG time. He was so attentive and answered all questions and explained the menu so well. The pasta and burrata was all amazing as was the dessert! We will definitely be coming back!

It’s been years since I’ve experienced this perfect combination of flavor and service. I’ll risk sounding like a whiney transplant for a moment to say I moved to Denver from Atlanta 3 years ago and have struggled to find a food scene here. Spuntino is the first time I have experienced the perfect mixture of flavor, seasoning, service, atmosphere and hospitality in Denver. 10 out of 10. And B.B. our server made the whole thing possible. Absolutely blown away by our dining experience! All of the drinks and food we had were decadent, our main dishes were the Cavatelli and Agnello, both melt-in-your-mouth incredible dishes. The entire menu is very creative, and the restaurant itself was a welcoming, energetic, and cool spot. Impeccable service, food, and atmosphere. We can't recommend this restaurant enough and can't wait to come back!
