With our gluten and dairy-free creations and vegetarian/vegan options, Spoons has something for everyone. Established in 2003. Spoons opened it's doors in Old Town in the Northern Hotel in 2003. Since then, we've grown to 5 locations in Fort Collins serving fresh, local foods to our community.

First off, the soup I had was amazing. I ordered the Cauliflower Garlic Soup, along with a half-size Colorado Cobb Salad. The soup, as I said, was great; the salad wasn't "great," but it was decent. Overall, I was happy with the food. It's NOT a fancy restaurant, but it's cute. FYI - the seating is hard and sparse. Don't plan on a cushy place. 😉

Spoons is my favorite spot for fresh, flavorful meals! Their daily soups are always delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The Poppyseed Apple Salad is a standout—light, crisp, and perfectly sweet. The food is always fresh, and the cozy vibe makes it a great place to grab lunch.

Great soups, salads and sandwiches as well as coffee and bagels now too! They are the best lunch option on this side of FoCo and are very consistent almost every day. They do have a long line sometimes so order ahead if possible, cheers!
