Best overall restaurant experience I’ve had in years! I’m a foodie and love trying new places. From the cocktails to the cornbread to catfish, meatloaf, and ribeye… and brussel sprouts 🤌🤌 Our server, Tony, was top notch! Warm, attentive, helpful, good sense of humor and swag (dancing to the kitchen lol). The music and overall atmosphere was a WHOLE vibe. Eclectic, modern, soulful, fun, cozy, delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try different things!

I enjoyed the duck Along with the eggplant fries and spaghetti squash. I enjoyed the company I was with and the atmosphere was exquisite. I highly recommend The fried green tomatoes and bloody Mary's. I will be revisiting this restaurant soon.

10/10. Service and food were top notch! Our waiter Matt recommended our dinner entrees and desserts and he was spot on!! We sat in a nice corner that was perfect!!!

Southern roots is always a hit. Today was the first time I went for lunch and I was so happily surprised! They had plenty of lunch portions for great prices. I got the flat iron steak with Brussels and cheese grits for only $12.50! I also loved the new mocktail menu! While I love a cocktail in the evening the mocktail was so refreshing and perfect for a spring lunch! Overall I am always impressed with the service and consistency at Southern Roots and am constantly recommending it to anyone in the area!
