This is a great spot for Vietnamese pho with a mix of other Asian dishes, like their tasty popcorn chicken. The pho broth is flavorful but not too strong. A highlight for me is the option to add extra protein, such as rib and oxtail—they give you a decent amount, which makes the meal even more satisfying. I also really enjoy how tender their shaken beef is. The portions are fair, and the service is consistently good. What truly sets this place apart is the interior design. The Scandinavian modern look gives it a clean and inviting feel, standing out compared to typical hole-in-the-wall pho places. There's a free parking lot since it's located in a strip mall. Overall, a solid casual meal option!

The place was very welcoming, and the service was great. The food came out super quickly even though it was relatively busy at its peak lunch hour. Everyone was super nice which made the dining experience better. I had the pho rib bone, and it was amazing. The broth was delicious, and there was so much meat that was super tender and falling off the bone. I also had a noodle refill (which is free)and took leftovers home. The Vietnamese coffee was the perfect sweetness and balanced out the food perfectly. I was super satisfied with the place and left with a happy stomach. It was worth every penny and I will definitely be visiting again!

We dined in this place for the first time and we were very satisfied. The soup was delicious and the noodles tasted fresh. Service was excellent. There are additional entrees other than the pho which was also good. We tried the cauliflower dish and would highly recommend.

Soup Shop's Rib Bone Pho is fantastic! The broth is so rich and flavorful, and the rib bone is packed with tender, delicious meat. Every slurp is pure comfort. Plus, the service was excellent! If you're craving a satisfying and tasty pho with great service, this is the place to go!

Great service and food. The broth was delicious I ordered the combination pho with added rib bone. Portions was good and meat was very tender. I have a new favorite pho shop local to us!
