1st timers! We chose this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Elsie was our waitress, and I she did a wonderful job. She was attentive, and provided great recommendations. The food was delicious, and the overall dining experience was superb. We will definitely return.

Overall, this place was fantastic! The food was delicious and well priced. I got the philly cheese sandwich, and my girlfriend got the pierogis. The service was excellent and the drinks were also very good. We got the bacon wrapped dates as well as the devil on horseback and it was very good. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

They list themselves as a cocktail lounge, but it feels like this place is a restaurant first and foremost. Which is good, because the food is excellent! My deviled eggs were delicious, and the crab cheese wontons were some of the best I've had. My entree of poblano cream sauce with linguini and grilled chicken was also so good, I ate the entire thing (I don't usually finish pasta). The key lime pie i had for dessert was also too notch, and the service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive. Worth a visit if you are dining in Fort Collins.

Fabulous lunch at this very friendly establishment. Our server, Julia, was so welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. The food was great, served stylishly and presented by an enthusiastic kitchen fella. Couldn't have been better.

Simmer was such a pleasant experience. What a perfect place for a casual night out. The cocktails were innovative & delicious. The meals & starters were so creative & yummy. It was very difficult to choose what to get. Service was well-paced & not rushed. We will definitely go back again! Thank you.
