Haven’t been back around this neighborhood in quite some time and thought of this shop. Decor and setting remains the same but the food serve is a little different than how I remembered it several years back. Food was good, taste like it was made to order. But for a side of tots and a bowl of soup cost equivalent to one entree is quite something…I guess it was dinner pricing? Service was good and it was a Sunday free parking day which I suppose made up for it.

I am but a humble visitor loving on the Sideboard Cafe. Why you ask?, well the many locals eating there probably found the same thing I did; a cozy easy-going atmosphere combined with good coffee and good food (what more could you ask for out of life?). I had the granola with yougart...it was tasty and wholesome, a great coffee late, and a tast of my son's breakfast pudding (savory and delicious, strong 👍) My drool fest continued with a glutin free olive oil lemon cake, also delicious. Get 'em when you can, they sell out fast. There is seating inside and out, and parking is limited. I hear the line goes out the door during the weekends, but I think the food might just be worth the wait...

Our first time at Sideboard in Lafayette was fantastic! The hamburger was incredibly delicious, and the veggie burger was also a great option. The ambience is so warm and welcoming—it really feels like home. Ikaria helped us to order food and answered all of our questions positively and patiently. The food was excellent, and we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

As a New York City visitor and coffee enthusiast, I was thoroughly impressed with Sideboard Coffee’s exceptional brew. The coffee was rich, well balanced, and clearly crafted with care. Their pastry selection was also delightful, big fan of the banana walnut bread

Good brunch place. Self ordering at the desk and seating. The patio overlooks a parking lot and so can get moderately noisy. We ordered the tofu banh mi if I remember right and it was about OK.
